Getting Started

Do I need a prescription?

If you would like to bill your equipment through insurance, you will need a valid prescription from your healthcare provider. If you choose to purchase certain equipment out of pocket, a prescription may not be required. Contact our office if you're unsure.

How long does it take to receive my equipment?

Delivery times vary depending on your insurance approval and product availability. Our team works to process orders as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance companies.

CPAP & BiPAP Therapy

How do I know which mask is right for me?
Choosing the right mask depends on your comfort and sleeping habits.
  • Full Face Mask: Covers the nose and mouth; ideal for mouth breathers.
  • Nasal Mask: Covers the nose and works well for many users.
  • Nasal Pillow Mask: Fits gently inside the nostrils and offers a lightweight, minimal design.
Our team is happy to help you find the best fit.
What if the mask I brought home doesn't work?
We offer one complimentary mask exchange after your initial setup if your mask isn't comfortable or doesn't fit properly. After that, you'll typically need to wait until your next insurance-approved resupply or purchase another mask out of pocket.
How can I view my therapy results?
Many CPAP and BiPAP machines allow you to view your therapy data through a smartphone app or directly on the machine's display. If you need help accessing your results, give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.
Will my machine record my usage?
Yes. Most modern CPAP and BiPAP devices automatically record your therapy usage and compliance information. If your insurance requires compliance monitoring, your machine can securely share that information with your provider.

Cleaning & Supplies

How do I clean my equipment?

Cleaning your equipment regularly helps keep it functioning properly and promotes healthy therapy.

Follow the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations for your mask, tubing, humidifier chamber, and filters.

How often can I receive new CPAP supplies?

Most insurance plans allow replacement supplies on a regular schedule.

Typically:

  • Every 3 months: Mask cushions, tubing, filters, and other eligible supplies

  • Every 6 months: Headgear, humidifier chamber, chin strap, and other eligible supplies

How do I order replacement supplies?

Simply call our office when you're due for replacement supplies. Our team will verify your insurance eligibility and help you place your order.

Shipping & Travel

Do you ship directly to patients?

Yes! We ship equipment and supplies directly to patients throughout most of the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us.

Can I travel with my CPAP or BiPAP?

Absolutely! CPAP and BiPAP machines are considered medical devices and generally do not count toward your airline carry-on limit. We also offer travel-sized CPAP machines that are compact and convenient for frequent travelers.

Insurance & Billing

Will I own or rent my equipment?

This depends on your insurance plan. Some insurance companies rent equipment before ownership transfers to you, while others may purchase it outright. Our staff will explain your coverage and answer any billing questions.

Why am I paying a monthly rental fee?

Some insurance companies, including Medicare, rent certain equipment instead of purchasing it immediately. Your monthly rental payments are determined by your insurance benefits.

What if my insurance changes?

Please notify our office as soon as possible if your insurance changes. We'll update your information and verify your new benefits to avoid interruptions in service.
